February half term

If your child is interested in attending any of the below activities, please return the booking form or email your activity choices by Monday 1^st February. On receipt of the booking we will send an invoice which will be confirmation of your place. Please note that if you book your child in for an activity and they are unable to attend payment will still need to be made unless your child is attending respite or is in hospital.

In line with the current Government guidelines, we are able to confirm that we are able to continue running activities for those classed as vulnerable, have an EHCP or where both parents in the same household are classed as key workers.  We are staying open to provide activities for those who really need it.  Please note those that were told to shield during the last lockdown or who now meet the criteria to shield, will be unable to attend activities. 

All staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE and we will be adapting many of our activities to reduce the risk of cross-contamination as far as reasonably practicable. Whilst we will do our upmost to keep everyone who is involved with activities safe and do as much as we can to prevent the spread of the virus whilst at Forest Pulse, we obviously cannot guarantee that someone will not potentially contract the virus at our setting so we will assume that by returning this booking form you are acknowledging this risk.

We are holding two activity sessions for each age range with lots of activities on offer such as soft play, music, sensory and lots more. All sessions will be held at Heart of the Forest School.  The cost of the session is £12.  Young people will need a packed lunch and a drink.

Junior Session (4 – 11 years old) – Monday 15^th February and Tuesday 16^th February – 10am – 2pm

Senior Session (12 – 18 years old) – Thursday 18^th February and Friday 19^th February – 10am – 2pm
