20 mile sponsored walk

Posted on 12th October 2021

You may remember back last year, a lovely gentleman called Simon wanted to ‘mark’ the incredible event we were all experiencing and still are! He decided to shave his head and raised almost an incredible £1500 for us!

Simon is a regular supporter of the charity, organising concerts with the local Male Voice Choir he sings with. Obviously, they are unable to meet due to COVID and he has taken to walking to lose weight and improve his mental wellbeing. He is now planning on walking 20 miles for us despite an arthritic knee!

The first £500 will be matched funded which means Forest Pulse will get £1000 so let’s help him reach his target!!
It is amazing that even in the difficult times we are all still experiencing, people are still thinking of ways that they can help others.

We are so so grateful and appreciative of what Simon is doing for Forest Pulse so let’s show him some support for an extraordinary effort he is making for us!

Simon raised an amazing £1,170!

Thank you Simon and all those who supported him and us!
